What is Flow-working?

Do you remember being so immersed and energized by an activity that you forgot about time?

Flow-working™ is a new method of effectiveness training designed to create hyper-focused, almost effortless work days. Companies like Google are training their employees in Flowstates.

The average worker is interrupted every 11 minutes. Distractions, perfectionism, low energy, and work overload costs us around 145 work days each year.... We are changing this.

Based on a neuroscientific approach, Flow-working™ training teaches you to tap into a state that enables you to get things done with less effort, focus deeper for longer, feel more energy, boost your happiness, overcome work overload, perfectionism, and procrastination, prioritize with clarity, and essentially become “undistractable”.

The Programme: What it Includes

Flow-working™ events include both training days and 2-3 day retreats. At the core of the day is an experience of higher focus and Flow.

Training Workshop

Based on a neuroscientific approach, you will participate in hands-on training, exercises, and discussions that teach you the skills to enter a hyper-focused work state.

Flow-Work Time

You will get to do your own work while practicing and applying the techniques learnt in the training session. You will work with full privacy. 2 hour of effective work is equivalent to around 8 hours at the office.

Fulfillment & Wellbeing

Throughout the day, you will learn to relax and re-energize through stretching, meditation, and movement – plus connect with other professionals through networking sessions.

About the Facilitator

Dr. Antoine Larchez has led more than 110 Productivity days and retreats. He is the founder of Productivity Day.

Antoine has worked in startups and venture capital firms, as a consultant in multinational engineering companies, as well as in research & academia North America, Australia, and across Europe.

Antoine believes that by training deep-focus and effectiveness is the most direct way to developing purpose and fulfillment, both at work and in life.

With a passion for productivity and focus on what matters, Antoine developed a unique method to enter “Flowstates” – and has since been sharing it with thousands.

Antoine regularly practices meditation, yoga and cold showers.
