No work time lost

​You will be working on your own projects & tasks while applying the method.

Compared to working at home or in the office, participants are 30% to 150% more effective - sometimes more. ​ Many participants get more done in that time than in weeks, catch up on old work, get on top of the workload.

Afternoons 1, 2 & 3
: Flow Working practice sessions
​You will get your own work done while practicing the Flow-working method.​ Compared to working the ordinary way, most participants gain worktime, catch up on old work, produce better work, feel energized and peaceful at the end of the day.

The goal of this program is to create lasting transformations in the way we work and feel at work. These changes rarely happen in ​one day. We all need repetition and practice to train the brain and integrate new skills & habits. That's why committing to the 3 days is the intention of the program​ - to rewire the brain and open deep inner transformations. 


The ability to concentrate beyond ​our own ordinary ​capacity ​​becomes a super​power.

Controlling our days v.s. letting our days control us

​It can be ​challenging to get out of meetings committments,
let go of the need to interact verbally with coworkers,
or to convince your manager that you will go and do your work differently.

Yet It is the intention of the program to block these days,
away from the incessant stream of busyness/meetings/calls,
in order to deeply focus on what matters most.

In the past, some people have ​not attended the program because they fe​lt they are too busy with their work to participate. You will get more work done here than usual.

Others feel they do not need to learn the art of deep focus. I believe very few of us have mastered this skill. I am still practi​cing myself after 5 years. Even top executives have benefited from focus training.

This training and its results are designed to benefit both yourself personally, and your company over the long term. This investment will pay back several fold, not just in time -but also to free up mental space, make our workdays easier.

About the facilitator

​Dr. Antoine Larchez is on a personal mission to bring more focus & connectedness in our world.  He has led more than 170 Productivity days and retreats, and is the founder of Productivity Day

He has worked as a consultant in multinational engineering companies, in research & academia, in startups & a venture capital firm​ - in Australia, US and Europe. Antoine has been training in consciousness practices from senior masters.

​He turned around ​a personal life-phase of low effectiveness and procrastination by developing a unique method to enter Flowstates – and has since been sharing it with thousands.

The purpose of being productive is to free our mind
and create space in our busy lives,
to experience what is most meaningful to us.
Improving our Productivity skills is not necessarily about getting more work done. It is ​learning to do our work ​with the ​​wider purpose in mind. Then our work takes less effort, ​and turns into a source of enjoyment​.

​Can I bring a team?

Yes. The program is an effective team building experience. Doing the training together encourages team members to reinforce each other’s new skills in the workplace.

The workshop not only transforms the way groups work, but also helps increase the team's morale, fulfillment, and performance.

What ​can I work on?

​You can work on anything you like: your daily professional work, writing a book/thesis/blog, finance, building a website, personal work, doing research, processing emails, coding. You name it, as long as you can do this without talking or otherwise disturbing others.

You will probably make more meaningful progress over these 3 days than in weeks.
Many of us get to finally complete task that had been pushed back for weeks, months, sometimes years!
It is a chance to start or finish a dream project.

It's okay to do company-confidential work. You will be working in full privacy with your own work, in a distraction-free environment.
