Is this for me?

This cohort is for professionals at all levels with all kinds of tasks that require focus:
Write, outline, brainstorm, update, code, plan or anything else that you keep getting distracted from.

 You can get your company to pay for it, but even if not, it's an investment in yourself that will pay off .

What's the session's size?

The sessions takes place online (Zoom), in a group of up to 15.

Who is the facilitator? 

Antoine Larchez, who has led more than 200+ Flow-Working Sessions worldwide.

What's the format?

The Flow Working sessions happen on Fridays from 9 am to 1 pm.

To kick off the cohort on Day 1, we start with an 1h mini-workshop on Flow & deep focus & effectiveness

During a Flow Session we carry out 3 focus sessions of 50 min to work on your own tasks, with energizing breaks (movement) in between.

At the end we wrap up and do a quick group reflection
