When:
We meet every 2 weeks for 3 sessions in total

Format & Focus
After a check-in round, we each have 10-15 min to share our vision & challenges - and receive support from the rest of the group.

We focus primarily on helping each other with solving our challenges, on developing our purpose & vision for positive impact, and with anything that helps us stay on purpose and operate at our best.

This means that all topics are welcome: professional & private life, self-management, relationships, finances, health, etc

We meet as a group of 4 to 6 maximum, so we have enough time for each one of us to go in depth.

Giving it priority
Being part of a mastermind takes a high priority in our schedule. It's not like a yoga class that we attend when it fits our schedule. It's because everyone needs everyone to show up. It's okay to miss 1 out of the 3 sessions.
